What to send through
- Your GP referral (a current GP referral lets our reception team discuss any rebate that may apply)
- Any recent imaging — X-ray, ultrasound, MRI or CT (scanned reports plus radiology disk or PACS link)
- A note of any previous shoulder/elbow surgery
- Your private health fund details (if relevant)
Urgent shoulder injuries
For acute traumatic shoulder dislocations, fractures or acute traumatic rotator cuff tears, please call the rooms directly during business hours. After-hours, attend your nearest emergency department.
Telehealth
Telehealth consultations are available for follow-up and second-opinion appointments, and for interstate/regional patients with a current GP referral.
